P3 Lights Features & Benefits

P3 Lights add two rows of very bright, computer-controlled LEDs on each side of your motorcycle's rear license plate, supplementing the existing tail & brake light. This dramatically increases your bike's visibility to traffic behind you.

Retaining the existing tail light rather than replacing it as other designs do provides three valuable benefits:

it increases the overall lit area visible to traffic behind you
it eliminates bulb-out errors caused by a change in operating current
it provides an important redundancy feature should either of the lights fail

P3 Lights includes an intelligent microprocessor controller and two high-intensity LED modules, as shown on the right, plus all necessary connectors and mounting hardware. The intelligent controller provides conspicuity flicker, a high visibility feature unique to our lights, and also allows the lights to be reprogrammed for several different functions, as indicated below:
